A couple of updates from Neon Marshmallow Fest NYC, which kicks off tonight at Williamsburg's Public Assembly: Tim Harrington of Beardo fame will play his first-ever electronic solo set on Sunday, replacing Blues Control, who has dropped-out due to an illness. Patrick Russell of Mentalux is DJing tonight, Brian Turner from esteemed freeform radio station WFMU will take over the tables on Saturday evening, and DIY event organizer extraordinaire Todd P will follow suit on Sunday night. To tide us over, NM has sent over a new Xeno & Oaklander steamer, "Smoke Coke," from the event's tape compilation.
