We first found Blouse while rooting around the darker corners of vimeo, and were delighted to learn that the Portland trio made up of Charlie Hinton, Jacob Portrait, and Patrick Adams were recently signed to Captured Tracks. The video for "Into Black" was made by Ben Razavi and Bernard Pantoja of Wooden Lens, who also did videos for other Captured artists like Minks, Catwalk, Cosmetics, and Beach Fossils. Set to sequenced clips of fireworks and rollercoasters from Léos Carax's 1991 film Les Amants du Pont-Neuf, Blouse's dreary, dreamy hooks are sure to embed themselves deep into your head.
Keep your eye on Blouse's Bandcamp and Captured Tracks for more info
