Impose reported that Brooklyn noise trio These Are Powers called it quits at a memorial show for DIY promoter and friend Ariel Panero last Saturday. Appearing without Bill Salas (aka Brenmar), who was recently featured in FACT as one of 10 producers to watch in 2011, Anna Barie and ex-Liars' Pat Noecker burned TAP merch along with cards to commemorate the memory of the band and Panero.
We'll be remembering TAP while listening to some of our favorites:
MP3: These Are Powers: "Life of Birds"
MP3: These Are Powers: "Anything Above Nothing"
Look out for new and exciting things from Brenmar and Barie's CNTRL Top
