Second only to the Brits, the Swedes seem to have mastered the formula for the mass-export of American-ready pop. Like many an electro-pop insta-hit, Icona Pop's "Manners", below, was made for the physical well-being of your feet, hips, and body. Caroline Hjelt and Aino Neheh Jawo sing like carolers in a choir. Their words register like a self-fulfilling farewell note to a lover, not far off from standard '60s girl group fare: "Take a second look and you'll see/There is no one like me". The duo have only released two songs and a DJ set on their MySpace thus far, but according to Twitter, they're hard at work in the studio as we speak. (via Weekly Tape Deck)
