Mind Spiders: "Don't Let Her Go"

By now you've probably noticed our affinity for Denton, TX-based Mind Spiders and their powerful, guitar-driven quick-hitters. Early last year, around the time our equally beloved Marked Men went on indefinite hiatus, singer/guitarist Mark Ryan went into his power-punk laboratory and churned out four infectious pop songs. Since then, he's been hard at work on his first full-length under the moniker, which Portland label/record store Dirtnap released unto the world last week. The charmingly brash "Don't Let Her Go", below, bottles a fistful of raw energy into just under 2 minutes. (via Weekly Tape Deck)
