The ever-prolific Dan Svizeny sent us over the freshest fruit from his sweatless labours as Cough Cool today, a collaboration with Boston’s Birthdays entitled “Future Body". This is a gnarly industrial injury of a dance track; Cool Cough’s beauifully blown-out shredder-pop is cut with the heady tribal loops and slow-burning builds and breaks that streak Birthdays' holographic shapes. The result is an obsessive and corrupted (anti)club banger that smells of burning and tastes of iron, and we want more.
