Bathcrones: "Skull Island"

Being from Atlanta, Bathcrones may know more about the sounds of Summer than the frigid tunes of Winter nights, yet they eloquently balance the sonic seasons in their newer songs. “Skull Island” is a twinkling, jingling Salvation Army icy bell-ringer, transforming into a tropical steel drum-synth bombshell. This song is a beaming synth symphony; a bright banana boat sinking into a wintry basin. (via Weekly Tape Deck)
