If there were only one thing that could be said of Waylon Thornton and the Heavy Hands, I believe it would be that few can write a dancier garage jam that bursts to life immediately and dies out almost as quickly. Fortunately I'm allowed to say more. Thornton has a fine understanding of explosive pop and it shines so clearly on this punchy, guitar-heavy mind melter. Waylon promises us that this is just one of many tracks to appear on his upcoming album, Sixteen Dreams, which will be dropping later this year on his own White Moon Recordings.
