The Tape Hiss Hooligan is the latest in an unrelenting series of mixtapes coming out from the Green Ova camp, this time produced and released by L.W.H. Opening with a sample of Max von Sydow from the movie Europa, he attempts to put the listener into a heavy state of hypnosis. From there we hear tracks featuring Green Ova's finest; Main Attrakionz, Shady Blaze and Western Tink all appear throughout the tape. But L.W.H.'s incredible production is what makes this song special. The beats range from 8-bit to orchestral to spacey synths, allowing the rappers to shine even more on each track. --Jheri Evans, Get Off The Coast
