With a purported kinship to Kanye's "Power" video, Slim Twig directs and stars in a long-form expanding portrait for his latest art-pop knockout, "Priscilla". The scene unfolds in the same emotionally excessive style of a baroque period painting, slowly pulling out from Twig's seductive gaze to images of blasé parlour girls, sparkler-studded instrumentation, a preoccupied U.S. Girl in a yellow dress and presumably, our elusive Priscilla in question. His power stance at the end makes it evident: Twig has bold, bizarre, and sexy down to a T. --Ian Pearson, Altered Zones
