I was so stoked over the email I recently received from Bob of Ice Cream Shout about his solo project, Cloudy Busey, that I jumped out of my sick-bed in a fit of excitement. Tracks he had sent in the past were among my favorites of 2010. This one in particular leans to a beat-driven side. It's the singer's propensity to match his melodic drawl with the song that really draws me to his projects. You can almost see him cracking his mouth open to record, but it works.
