Chris Douglas has been a force to be reckoned with in electronic music for nearly than 20 years. A man of many monikers-- O.S.T., Rook Vallade, Wooli Bodin, and Harry Rod to name a few-- Douglas has some insane roots, having worked with the late James Stinson of Drexciya and "Mad" Mike Banks of the seminal Detroit techno label, Underground Resistance. Here we hear him in the coldly titled "3.9.2004" as Dalglish, showcasing an easily digestible take on minimal techno that's sure to win over noise enthusiasts. --Ric Leichtung, Altered Zones
