Vice Launches Video Blog for "Emerging Music"

Last Friday, at SXSW, Vice brought together Bun B, Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffitti, YuckDirty Beaches, and others to celebrate the launch of Noisey.com, a self-described "video-driven music discovery platform" with the aim of "documenting the most talented emerging musicians from around the world." Noisey will feature concert videos and Q&As with up-and-coming artists from the US, the UK, Brazil, Mexico, France, Germany, Spain, China, Japan, Canada, and Australia. Head over to the site to explore their snazzy interactive interface-- courtesy Dell and the Intel Corporation, and requiring that users scroll left to right-- and launch features on Dirty Beaches, Yuck, Jeff The Brotherhood, Pictureplane, Porcelain Raft, and more. --Emilie Friedlander, Altered Zones
