Design a Wave: "Magicar"

Design A Wave emerges from an ice-flow, blue and pristine. "Magicar," a track from London musician Tom Hirst's new tape, is a neon-lit Fortress of Solitude, a dance party for geological processes, glacial disco. Compiling recordings from a four-year period of activity (2005-2009), Snake Jam jibes with the contemporary synth-wave obsession while taking us back to the time when Glass Candy and Chromatics intoxicated us with their ethereal delights. For that, we are grateful. --20 Jazz Funk Greats
