Altered Zones

Ken Seeno must have had a busy couple of months. As the guitarist for raucous Baltimore outfit Ponytail, he's got their eagerly anticipated LP Do Whatever You Want All the Time coming out on We Are Free. But when he's not ripping it up for Ponytail, or being filmed in weird film clips shredding on guitar, Ken's had time to record a cassette-only release of solo material, Invisible Surfer on an Invisible Wave. The cassette's"Driving into Light/Blustery Day" thick tangle of sound is completely immersive, ambient, yet full of energy.

But if that isn't enough music to digest already, Seeno just posted a few new tracks on his SoundCloud this morning. Our favorite, "Inseparable," channels the motorik pulse of Harmonia in a colorful glaze of synths of guitars.
